Introducing Sentient Sculpt™, a device that uses microwave energy to target fat and cellulite deep in the tissue while working to tighten skin at the same time.
This new patented technology has been designed to target and remove fat cells and tighten skin. Unlike other machines that claim to be cellulite removing technology, which use radiofrequency (RF) energy to reduce fat and tighten skin, Sentient Sculpt uses microwave energy to penetrate the deep layers of tissue to destroy fat and tighten skin on the surface.

How Does Sentient Sculpt Destroy Fat and Cellulite?
Using microwaves, Sentient Sculpt uses up to 80% of the energy generated to penetrate the fat under the skin, destroying fat cells and the fibrous bands in the dermis that cause cellulite “dimples.” The other 20% of the energy is used in the upper layers of the skin, tightening and contracting skin to improve its appearance. Thanks to this distribution of energy and the built-in dermis cooling system, the skin is not heated, reducing the risk of inflammation and discomfort. The treatment is usually painless, with no downtime needed.
Sentient Sculpt emits microwaves at a frequency of 2.45GHz, which allows the energy to pass into the sub-dermal fat layer. It is safe for use on all skin types and most patients report little to no pain during treatment.
There are 2 hand pieces, which allow your provider to customize the treatment to suit your needs. One treats deeper tissue and skin thickness to target stubborn fat and cellulite while the other works to tighten and lift skin.
Sentient Sculpt Treatment Areas:
Sentient Sculpt treatments are performed in “zones.” Each zone is a space of approximately 36 square inches
(approx. 6″ x 6″, 4″ x 9″, or 5″ x 7″).
We treat each zone for approximately 15 minutes, and can treat 1-6 zones per session.
To help you visualize the areas that can be treated in a single session, here are the average zones by body part:
Abdomen and love handles: 2-4 zones
Front of thighs: 4-8 zones (2-3 zones per leg)
Back of thighs: 4-8 zones (2-3 zones per leg)
Saddlebags (outer thighs): 2-4 zones (1-2 zones per leg)
Upper arms: 2-4 zones (1-2 zones per arm)
How Long Until I See Results?
Visible skin tightening will begin to appear 30 days after your first treatment and continue for up to 3 months, and fat and cellulite reduction results will take 8-12 weeks to fully appear.
As the fat cells and fibrous bands in the dermis that cause cellulite dimples are broken down, your dermis will also begin to generate new collagen, resulting in smoother, firmer skin over time. The dissolved fat and tissue are metabolized by your body over time and flushed out naturally.
Your provider will perform a full assessment of you during your consultation and will design a customized treatment plan depending on your needs. For cellulite and unwanted fat on the abdomen and thighs, we typically recommend 3-4 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart for optimal results.
